Music BC is excited to host an informative panel on how to maximize your conference experience. Come hear from our industry panel as they discuss pre-conference planning, showcasing & networking tips, the post-conference follow up and more. Bev’s Killer B Music has been booking and event managing festivals, events, venues and parties for over 8 years, our portfolio has included: The Hop Farm Music Festival, FIB Benicassim, The Mighty Boosh Festival, Liverpool Sound City, Costa de Fuego, Zoo Project UK, Wood Festival, The Brick Lane Takeover, Desertfest, Parklife (South Africa), Synergy Live, The Magic Loungeabout, Roko Nakyts and Galapagai (Lithuania).
KB also books and event manages large-scale shows, our last 2 shows were Kings of Leon at Newcastle Football Club and Sarah Brightman and the Chinese Philharmonic Orchestra, in Beijing, which was part of the Formula E racing championships.
We are currently booking large acts into 30,000 cap venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
We take care of bookings for corporate parties, private events and launches. We also work with various brands when they want to align with bands.
Our venues include: The Forge in Camden, UK (300 capacity) The Ricoh Arena, Coventry, UK (40,500 cap) and The Black Sea Arena, Georgia (9,500 cap)
Bev is also the Head of Music Strategy for the Kemosabe creative agency in London.
As A&R Manager, Nathan works closely with the label, management and publishing divisions of Arts & Crafts to both scout new talent and participate in the development of artist recording projects. Nathan brings respected expertise in scouting, signing and developing acts; having previously worked in artist management and A&R roles with Bedlam Music Management / Dine Alone Records and the Drake Hotel as Head Music Programmer. He has had a hand in signing and managing acts such as The Sheepdogs, Arkells, Monster Truck, as well as record deal signings like The Civil Wars.
Tom Kemp was looking for direction after graduating from Dalhousie University with his Bachelor of Arts degree. After a well-timed offer to help his good friend, Ian Thornley, load gear on a few club dates, Tom realized his love of music was opening the door to his new career. Since then, Tom has done stints as Big Wreck`s tour manager, A&R and Promotions at Shoreline Records and the Management Assistant to the President at Motorjam Records. In 1998, Tom joined the team at The Feldman Agency. Since then, Tom has dedicated his energies to supporting and building the careers of musicians at every stage of their careers including Alvvays, Autumn Hill, Ria Mae, Steven Page, Measha Brueggergosman, Royal Wood, Joel Plaskett, Classified, Coleman Hell, Mo Kenney and Spencer Burton, to name just a few. Tom Kemp was recognized for his contribution to the success at The Feldman Agency by being named the Vice President in 2015. When he’s not working, Tom is an avid runner.
