APPLY TO PLAY AT COME TOGETHER TORONTO

We are back in Toronto this fall for a third consecutive year hosting Come Together, an initiative for artists ready to break into Canada’s largest music market. Presented by Canada’s Music Industry Associations, SODEC and CIMA. As a collective, these organizations are working together to present two days of industry showcases and meetings in Toronto this November.

Come Together is an opportunity for artists from across Canada to meet with, build business relationships, and showcase for key music industry professionals from Toronto and surrounding areas including labels, agents, managers, publishers, music supervisors, publicists, and more. Participants will work directly with their music industry association to identify key music business contacts to invite and meet with. This event has goals beyond showcasing with a push towards industry connections, team building and business strategies for both artists and businesses. Selected artists will be provided with an honorarium.

Artists must be available to perform on either of the two showcasing days (November 13th & 14th).

Application Deadline: June 22nd, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST

We would like to thank Creative BC, the Province of British Columbia, FACTOR and the Government of Canada for making this event possible.

SPOTLIGHT OF THE WEEK

For Victoria Anthony, her 2nd studio album New Disaster is about trying everything for the first time. Recently profiled in Billboard, People, and Alt Press, she is coming-of-age in real-time with an eye for detail against a soundtrack of striking pop sounds accented by uncontainable rock energy. The focus track “New Disaster” rides a steady high speed beat towards a hypnotic hook, where she describes a relationship she knows isn’t going to work, but is up for feeling the moment and going for it.
