Business Envelope Travel Grant
Music BC’s Business Envelope Travel Grant provides assistance to B.C.-based, for-profit music companies and entrepreneurs undertaking travel activities in support of the growth and development of their business and/or their B.C.-based artist clients.
This is a program designed for returning grant recipients from for-profit music companies to increase funding flexibility over a 12-month period for eligible activities and expenses.
PROGRAM TIMELINE
Applications Open: Thursday, September 12th, 2024 (9am PST)
Applications Close: Friday, November 8th, 2024 (5pm PST)
Results Sent: On or before Friday, January 3rd, 2025 (5pm PST)
Interim Report: Friday, April 4th, 2025 (5pm PST)
Final Report: Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 (5pm PST)
Please note: This program will be accepting applications to support initiatives that take place between August 1st, 2024, and July 31st, 2025.

Domestic and International Travel Grants
Music BC Artist and Business Travel Grant applications are now open for both domestic and international destinations – including showcase, touring and business travel.
2024/25 application windows are as follows:
- Open October 10th, 2024 – Deadline January 10th, 2025 @ 5:00pm PST
Please note: This deadline will be accepting applications to support initiatives that take place between October 1st, 2024, to March 31st, 2025. Please see the next intake if your activity falls after this timeframe.
- Open March 13th, 2025 – Deadline May 16th, 2025 @ 5:00pm PST
Please note: This deadline will be accepting applications to support initiatives that take place between April 1st, 2025, to September 30th, 2025.
