FESTIVAL APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED
Since 2008, Rifflandia Festival has welcomed thousands of artists to its many stages, including some of the biggest musical acts in the world, alongside new, developing and local talent. As early signatories to KeyChange, Rifflandia remains committed to achieving gender parity in its programming, as well as continuing to find and provide opportunities for underrepresented artists. Attendance across all stages averages over 12,500 per day.
Applications from all genders, cultural backgrounds, ethnicities and identities are highly encouraged, with artists being curated by Rifflandia Festival.

RULES & REGULATIONS
- Artist will be curated by Rifflandia Festival and contacted directly by event personnel.
- Majority of performing members must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada for a period of six months prior to and at the time of application.
- Artists must have a 30-min set of original material.
- Artists are recommended to have a current album or digital release (within the last 24 months, or upcoming 6 months).
- Artists will be offered general hospitality during the festival
- Artist must be available to perform between September 15th and 18th, 2022 (performance date and time tbd).
- Costs associated with travel, lodging, and musician fees will be the responsibility of the Artist. Artist will receive a performance fee directly from the festival.
